Delegate Fee for the Full Conference:
USD990 or SGD1,485 per delegate

The delegate fee includes admission to all Asian Financial Services Congress activities from 25-26 February 2010, documentation, cocktail receptions and meals provided at the conference.

Please note that the fee does not cover travel and accommodation.

Payment:
Invoices will be sent out automatically upon receipt of registration. Full payment is required prior to the conference.

Payments may be made by 3 modes:-

1. By Credit Card

All credit cards will be processed via paypal. Credit card including Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

2. By Cheque

All cheques must be made in Singapore Dollars or US Dollars and should be made payable to "International Data Corporation Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd", 80 Anson Road, #38-00 Fuji Xerox Towers, Singapore 079907. Please indicate the invoice number as reflected on our invoice, event name " Asian Financial Services Congress 2010 " and name(s) of the participant(s) at the back of your cheque.

3. By Bank Transfer

  • For direct remittance to bank (please add an additional S$30 or USD20 as bank charges). Please indicate invoice number as reflected on our invoice, event name "Asian Financial Services Congress 2010" on remittance advice and fax a copy to +65-6372-1434. Pay to: International Data Corporation Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, Citibank, NA Singapore (SWIFT Code: CITISGSG), 3 Temasek Avenue, #17-00 Centennial Tower, Singapore 039190, A/c no.: 0-819242-003 (SGD account) or 0-819242-011 (USD account). All bank charges to be borne by payer.

  • All bank charges should be borne by payer.
  • All payments will be processed by our parent company, IDC Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd headquartered in Singapore.

Cancellation/Substitution:
Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions are allowed 10 working days before AFS Congress 2010 commences. Otherwise, all bookings carry a 100% cancellation liability immediately after a completed registration has been received. If for any reason beyond its control, IDC Financial Insights decides to cancel or postpone the event, it will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other travel costs incurred by the client. The conference fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to other products or services of IDC Financial Insights.

While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, IDC Financial Insights reserves the right to change the event dates, sites or location or alter the content and timing of the program or the speakers without penalty and in such situations, no refunds shall be made.
